Sign in, passkeys, and password reset
Password or email code
Section titled “Password or email code”- Open caribtherapy.app/signin.
- Choose password or a one-time code emailed to you.
- If you use a code, enter the 6-digit OTP from your inbox.
Passkey
Section titled “Passkey”On a supported browser, choose Sign in with passkey. After you enroll once from the dashboard banner, you can skip the password on that device.
Forgot password
Section titled “Forgot password”- Use Forgot password.
- We email a reset link.
- If nothing arrives, check spam and confirm you used the same address as your account.
Still stuck?
Section titled “Still stuck?”Contact support with the email on the account and whether you are on web, iOS, or Android. Do not send your password.
