Request an appointment
You must be signed in.
- Open a provider profile and choose Request appointment (or the equivalent contact button).
- Fill in:
- Session type: Telehealth (video), In-person, or Phone
- Preferred date
- Preferred time: Morning or Afternoon
- How you will pay: self-pay or insurance
- If insurance: provider name, policy number, subscriber name (group number optional)
- A short message (keep it non-clinical — a brief reason for reaching out is enough)
- Submit. Status starts as Pending.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The provider is notified and can confirm or decline. Track updates under:
- Web: Dashboard → Requests
- Mobile: Appointments / Requests tab
This is a request, not a guaranteed slot. The provider confirms the actual time.
Session fees are arranged with the provider. CaribTherapy does not charge general users for sessions.
