Verified badge and unclaimed listings

• Verified badge: the listing is claimed and owned by the provider account.
• Unclaimed: the listing appears in the directory but is not yet linked to a signed-in provider. Clients can still send requests; you should claim the listing to manage it fully.

If your claimed listing lost verification unexpectedly, contact support with the listing name.
