Create your listing

The listing form has four steps.

Step 1 — About you

• Full name, credentials, professional role / license type
• License number (optional)
• Description (at least 50 characters)
• Headshot upload

Step 2 — Practice details

• Country and base city
• Specialties (at least one)
• Languages (at least one)
• Insurance accepted
• Weekly hours (or by-appointment-only per day)

Step 3 — Contact and how you work

• Email (required), phone, website, social links
• Service type: In-person, Telehealth only, or Both
  • In-person or both: office address is required
  • Telehealth or both: at least one licensed region
• Turn on remote if you offer virtual sessions

Step 4 — Plan and NDA

• Choose monthly or yearly
• Accept the NDA
• Submit

You can save a draft and finish later from Drafts. Listings do not appear in search until they are active.
